This space is here for you to be able to bring up whatever you feel is weighing you down and set it free. Take care of the parts within you that could really use your care and understanding. Discover that your life right now on the outside (work, body, relationships, etc) is deeply intertwined with what you feel on the inside.
A session together is an opportunity to:
Release fears, self-criticism, and unprocessed emotions from the past that are holding you back and harming your body.
Transform the feeling of “I’m not enough and don’t have enough” into a deeper feeling of “I’m more than enough and my life is abundant.”
Discover different ways to instantly calm your body and feelings to feel better.
Feel a deeper connection with life - what you feel is not just your own. Empathy is both deeply healing and connecting.
Take care of the little kid within you who may feel scared, unwanted, unimportant, and in need of some compassion.
These are just some of the areas we can explore together. These sessions are often light and full of laughter. Sometimes we might explore areas that bring up feelings of discomfort that you may have been avoiding for a long time. Together, it feels a lot easier to look at the things that perhaps before felt overwhelming. We will work at the pace you are comfortable with and you take the lead in your own journey of healing.

PSYCH-K®: A tool to identify long-standing subconscious limiting beliefs and transform them into new supportive and empowering beliefs.
Sedona Method®: A process to support the deep acceptance of a feeling, belief, or situation, and allow it to pass naturally.
Mindfulness: Through this process, you can ground yourself through relaxing into awareness of something - this could be awareness of the breath, awareness of how your body feels, and awareness of daily activities like cleaning dishes. It’s a decision to value whatever is here right now above the idea that something better is waiting for you somewhere else. This is able to dissolve any stress and is like a friend we can always rely upon no matter what we feel.
